AUTOLOG

Development of innovative technological solutions that optimize the logistics supply chain

Description

AUTOLOG aims to develop innovative technological solutions that optimize the logistics supply chain by integrating emerging technologies such as robotics, computer vision, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and Big Data. Through autonomous vehicles that navigate indoor and outdoor environments, multisensory systems, and integrated data platforms, AUTOLOG will enable more efficient, secure, and sustainable management of logistics operations, improving traceability, planning, and real-time decision-making.

Objectives

    • Develop a multisensory platform embedded in AGVs for intelligent data capture indoors and outdoors, including environmental conditions, road conditions, and operating parameters.
    • Apply artificial intelligence models to predict pavement degradation and detect incidents in real time in intralogistics environments.
    • Integrate artificial vision solutions into AGVs to improve navigation, environmental perception, and automated picking operations.
    • Develop advanced 2D/3D vision technologies for goods identification, dimensional verification, and early detection of logistical problems in shipping areas.
    • Apply natural language processing (NLP) models to enable logistics traceability through voice commands and semantic interpretation in field operations.

Actions

  • Design and development of the embedded multisensory system, including sensor selection, data fusion algorithms, and rules for selective information transmission to the central server.
  • Training and validation of AI-based predictive models for road surface degradation, anomaly detection, and automatic incident classification.
  • Development of embedded computer vision algorithms, including object detection, position estimation, and AGV navigation support.
  • Implementation of 2D/3D vision technologies, integrating volume reconstruction, pallet detection, dimensional measurement, and load verification.
  • Development of a natural language interpretation module, adapted to logistics operators and noisy environments, to record incidents and traceability using voice commands.

Expected Results

  • Functional prototype of the embedded multisensory system, operational in AGVs and capable of recording useful data for logistics analysis.
  • Validated AI models for predicting road surface degradation, with the ability to anticipate maintenance and reduce incidents.
  • Vision system embedded in AGVs, capable of detecting obstacles, interpreting the environment, and assisting in navigation and picking tasks.
  • 2D/3D vision solutions integrated into shipping areas, enabling automatic identification of goods, detection of anomalies, and volumetric measurement.
  • Operational NLP module for traceability, capable of receiving voice commands, extracting intent, and recording logistics information in real time.
