Setting the course for aviation and marine fuels for the transport of tomorrow
In this global context of energy transition, the EU-funded BioSFerA project offers a sustainable solution for the production of biofuels for aircraft and ships. The innovative and cost-effective model in which biogenic waste and residues are valorised to obtain high quality advanced biofuels for aviation and maritime transport represents a valid sustainable alternative to common fossil fuels.
The BioSFerA Consortium will present the results and potential of its technology solution to industry representatives at a final public event on 20 March entitled “Setting the course for aviation and marine fuels for the transport of tomorrow”. The final BioSFerA event will be held at the premises of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in Brussels.
