[LIFE NEXUS] Final event

Boosting the sustainability of the urban water cycle through mini-hydro power generation

After more than 4 years of work, the LIFE NEXUS project is coming to an end. On the 26th of November, León will host the final event where the project partners will present their achievements, including the design of an innovative hydroelectric generation prototype and replication studies carried out at European level. In addition, other experts will present different regional initiatives and strategies related to hydropower generation.

The event will conclude with a visit to the demonstration plant of the project, located in the water treatment plant of the Porma river, in the outskirts of León.
