[FUSILLI and INPACT] EFFoST 37º International Conference
“Sustainable Food and Industry 4.0: Towards the 2030 Agenda”
The European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals require the food sector to develop innovative and sustainable processes to accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems that ensure food security, nutrition, and public health. EFFoST2023 will showcase the latest scientific discoveries and technologies to obtain new ingredients and foods. This conference will pave the way to achieving effective solutions and contributing to the goal that everyone has access to sufficient, safe, nutritious and sustainable food.
EFFoST 2023 will be held at Valencia during 7th to 9th november. The event will be dividen into 3 main subthemes: Food Sustainability, New food product development: from risk assessment to nutritional foods and Food and Microbes.
The 8th november our partners Julia Pinedo and Belén Blanco, from the food area of CARTIF will participate on the event where they will show FUSILLI and INPACT results and also they will talk about the work on european projects through the creation of Living Labs.
